Yes, but in that case, we would only serve in a notary capacity as opposed to an attorney capacity and it must follow appropriate guidelines for the state in which the property is located. All closings with Georgia property addresses we will serve in an attorney capacity.
On November 10, 2003, the Georgia Supreme Court ruled that witness-only closings for Georgia properties may be conducted only by an attorney, not a notary (IN RE UPL ADVISORY OPINION 2003-2; 277 G472). It is therefore unlawful for a witness-only closing to occur on a Georgia property without being closed by a practicing attorney.

As soon as the attorney submits the closing to us, we notify you with the closing results, return tracking number, an invoice, and any pertinent notes. We will notify you however you prefer but typically do so by e-mail.
If the closing ends before the scheduled pickup time of your preferred return carrier, every effort is made to get your signed documents out the day of closing so you can have them the next morning.
We will bill you however you prefer. We typically send out a statement or can attach an invoice for each completion we send you after closing.
